Axis drives requiring precise positioning and repeatability, travelling gantries and columns, pick and place robots, CNC routers, and material handling systems all benefit from the drives we manufacture. In addition,the drives are able to handle heavy loads and long duty cycle with ease. Material Handling, Automation, Machine Tool and Robotics are also a few of the fields we serve. With linear force capabilities of up to 92,000 pounds, the rack product line includes metric pitches from module 1.0 to 16.0. There are helical, straight(spur), integrated and spherical racks as well as other options. Customizable travel distances up to 3.00 meters are achievable by mounting end to end sections of the racks. Induction hardening, quenching, tempering, hardening and grinding (up to AGMA 12+ and DIN 4) are all options for quality. For OEMs who want just-in-time delivery of these standard components, the typical delivery period is 2 to 3 weeks. Please consult the fatory if you'd want to get custom or modified parts. Racks and pinions are available in stainless steel, as well as black oxide and chromium (Armlogy ®) coatins for use in harsh environmemts.
